Curriculum:

At Peace of Mind Children's Center, we believe social-emotional development is the foundation for lifelong learning. In a safe, nurturing environment, children build confidence, develop self-awareness, learn to regulate emotions, strengthen communication skills, and form positive relationships.

Our play-based approach encourages curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration while supporting each child's unique developmental journey. For infants through 18 months, teachers create individualized learning experiences that balance intentional guidance with child-led discovery.

For children 18 months through Pre-K, we combine our play-based philosophy with the research-based Frog Street Curriculum, providing engaging, theme-based learning that supports language, literacy, math, science, physical development, and social-emotional growth.

Our Pre-K program also incorporates the Circle Pre-K Curriculum, alternating with Frog Street each school year to provide a well-rounded, developmentally appropriate educational experience that prepares children for kindergarten and beyond.

Through individualized instruction, ongoing assessment, family partnerships, and meaningful play, we foster a lifelong love of learning while helping every child reach their full potential.

Monday-Friday  7:15 am to 5:45 pm

Peace of mind is open during the summer. We follow AISD (On a Loose Schedule) for school closures and Holidays.

Monthly Tuition

Tuition rates refer to the classrooms serving each age group and not to the age of the child. Current tuition rates are posted widely. There is a sibling discount of 10% off the oldest tuition per month. Tuition must be paid in full on the first of the month (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance). Peace of Mind charges a late fee after the fifth of the month and we also charge for any denied payment. There are no refunds for absences or vacations. Tuition and other charges may be paid via ACH. We do not accept any cash payments. Receipts are emailed monthly and other documentation needed for benefits plans are available every January via an email of customer statements or upon request.
