Explorers & Discoverers (2 separate Classes)

(8 weeks- 12 months) 8 infants: 2 teachers

Our curriculum is geared with the innate desire to learn through playing, experiencing and problem-solving. In both our infant classrooms, the children are able to freely explore their classroom, in a safe, loving and stimulating environment. The youngest infants are introduced to supervised, limited floor play and teachers are encouraged to create ways in building secure attachment for each child in their care.

Imagineers & Creators

2 separate classrooms between ages (12 months-18 Months 13 toddlers: 3 teachers & 18months-24 months 18 toddlers: 3 teachers)

Our youngest toddler classrooms are prepared in a way to facilitate that transition from our young infant room to our older infant room then to our young toddler room, where independence is most efficient while being incorporated into the daily routine. In these 2 classrooms the children are encouraged to utilize items that will help them build relationships towards one another during play time. Also, they learn a uniformed schedule as they practice family style meals during feeding time at a table with chairs, through modeling via our older toddlers in the class, the younger toddlers may learn quickly and efficiently, through positive influences.

Inventors & Engineers

2 separate classrooms ages (2 years- 3years & 3years- 4 years old) 18 toddlers: 2 teachers per room and full time floater

The oldest toddler rooms engage children in activities that promote and create healthy learning styles. Children are given opportunities to explore several forms of writing, through art activities, letter recognition through daily play and building words on the magnet wall. Fine/Gross motor skills are practiced in various forms from shoe tying, puzzles, and stacking towers. Allowing children to learn in a way that captures their attention and wholesomely express/explore themselves helps them create those building blocks for future educational endeavors.  These classrooms will participate in circle time, a time in the morning which is allotted to allow children to express what they did the day before and how their morning was, thus encouraging those linguistic skills.

The Adventurers Classroom is a place where your child will be fostered with love and attention to help achieve those basic fundamentals. Our main focus in this room will still be to learn through play, however you will have more guided activities that build on those basic fundamentals and start to slowly prepare them for kinder. The teachers in this room holds a degree in ECE or working towards it and will be able to diversify the curriculum to fit the needs of all the children. We provide a TEA approved curriculum for kinder readiness but have the ability to add a twist
